Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Svenska Grindmatriser AB ("SGA", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes your Personal Data in connection with your relationship with SGA in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") which became applicable as of 25 May 2018.

Personal Data we collect

We collect the information primarily from you directly in the context of the relationship we have with you. You can be a contact person with one of our customers, suppliers and/or partners but also jobseeker and/or student etc. In short, we may process Personal Data for people we interact with in the context of our business as part of the care and maintenance of our business relationship with your employer or you personally.

Examples of Personal Data we may be processing are your name, job title, contact details, such as your mobile number, address, e-mail address and profile on LinkedIn.

We may also process Personal Data  when you contact us via email or our home page.

Use of Data

SGA uses the collected data for various purposes:

2. To notify you about changes to our Service

4. To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

5. To contact you via email or post about news, special offers and general information about our goods, services and events that we believe may be of interest to your employer or you (please note that you can decline this promotion).

We may disclose your personal information to service providers and sub contractors that we have hired to fulfil the requirements of applicable agreements, orders and request. Typically this relates to shipping of products to you.
